running and travel

yesterday's 6 mile run was powered by


2 morning cups of coffee
puppy chow
popcorn
diet root beer
venti iced coffee
more puppy chow
belvita breakfast cracker


pure sugar and caffiene


needless to say i felt absolutely sick after i showered


but dangit if it wasn't a speedy (for me) 6 miles!


i would have done more if it hadn't have been getting dark out too


i'm hoping to get out of work early today since i need to pack for tomorrow's work trip to dallas


i'll be heading down with my boss


clearly we will have a miserable time.
