saturday morning

what a gorgeous weekend we have ahead

i started mine early and took a half day yesterday

and bill and i laced up our brooks' ghost 5's

and took off for a few miles

it's almost noon today and i'm sitting in my running clothes, but haven't made it out the door yet.  i'm waiting until the temps rise just a bit more.

woodford is on his second nap of the morning

but he'll be ready to go the second i reach for my tennis shoes.
